Crime Stoppers uses a three-way partnership -- the community, the media and the police -- to meet its goal of assisting in the conviction of criminals, seizing of illicit substances, and the recovery of stolen property.

The community partners include:

The media partners are the media outlets that print or broadcast the weekly tips to the community, The El Campo Leader News, KULP-AM 1390, and Mid Coast Cable.

The police partners, who benefit most from the program, supply the information that makes up the tips, The El Campo Police Department, Wharton Police Department, Wharton County Sheriff's Office and DPS.
